You're the BEST DAD EVER {Fathers Day Free Printables}

Some dad's are good at braaing, some dad's are better at making crumpets on a Sunday. Some father's are good listeners and others are just better at fixing things when they go wrong for us.

Our dad's are wonderfully unique and special to us because of who they are and their special love for us individually. They show their affection and love in different ways and Sunday (Father's Day) is our chance to to let them know why we think they are THE BEST DAD EVER.

Dad (Pops), thank you for all your love, encouragement and BIG hugs over all these years. I love you!

February 2015 {You are Loved} “I Love You Box”

It’s here, beautiful twenty-fifteen, and already well on its way. With most of our subscribers holidaying in the first week of January we decided to start off our, "I Love You" boxes of 2015 in the month of February! Although every day should be filled with love, we especially adored February – the month to celebrate all things love! We believe you can never give or recieve enough love, after all, “it’s not how much we give, but how much love we put into giving!" - {Mother Teresa}.

So, what all went into this month’s love-box? Let’s take a look:

• 1 x A6 post-card with a ‘You are Loved’ gold foil print
• 1 x C6 kraft paper envelope with a glittery gold lining (our fav!)
• 1 x mounted wall art 24.5cm x 20cm hand lettered ‘You are Loved’ gold foil print
• 1 x bull-dog clip 6.5cm
• 1 x A6 post-card with hot pink  ‘You are Loved’ & ‘Happy Valentine’s Day’ with space for a photo
• 1 x C6 kraft paper envelope with solid & outlined pink heart lining
• 1 x DL white card with ‘XOXO’ printed in pink
• 1 x DL hot pink envelope with shiny gold lining
• 1 x A6 kraft paper card with ‘XOXO’ printed in black
• 1 x C6 kraft paper envelope with solid & outlined black hearts lining
• 4 x gift tags 10cm x 7.5cm with black & white bakers twine

The theme of "LOVE" in February is there not only to remind the special people in your life of how much you love them, but to serve as a reminder that you too are loved! This month’s box included a beautiful mounted wall artwork with the words ‘You are Loved’ hand lettered and printed in gold foil. They make a gorgeous gift for someone special – or a perfect prezzie for yourself! Use the bull-dog clip provided to hang it up wherever you’d like – as long as you’ll be able to see it often!

Cards, cards, cards – we love them! And because this month is about showing your love, this month’s "I Love You" box contained no less than four unique cards with matching envelopes. Goodie! With a range of styles and sizes to choose from, there’s a card – be it normal or post – for each of your favourite people. They can be customised with your own personal message – or even a photograph!

For the lucky ones who received more than a card on V-day, our box of love also included four fun gift tags with  black & white bakers twine to attach to any gift. Include your own personal message of love and appreciation, or even a gift description.

October 2014 {Personalised Stationery & Wax Sealing} "I Love You Box"

Wasn't it just yesterday when we were excited about floral dresses and fresh blooms in the garden with our September, "I Love You Box" ? Now we’re already well into our celebration of sunny January summery days, where has the time gone to?! From sitting under the Christmas tree unwrapping our presents to welcoming the New Year of 2015 time marches on. We've been dying to share the last three lovely "I Love You Box" contents from last year. Over the next few weeks we will reveal our November & December Boxes too - hooray! But enough of whats to come, let’s get back to October and what we do best, stationery. We’ve said it before and we’ll say it again, we loooove personalised stationery!

What better way to finish off the busy year of 2014 with some personalised stationery of your own? Let’s take a peek at what went into October’s box of love:

When it comes to stationery, old school wins! Each subscriber got one of our favourite things, their very own custom monogrammed wax sealing tool complete with 4 sticks of wax. A wax seal has a simple uncomplicated beauty, pop it on the flap of an envelope or gift to add an extra touch of elegance. We heart monochrome tones; black & white but we couldn’t resist adding in a stick of gold and silver too.

Has someone done something nice for you in the last few days? Did someone help you move, deliver a package, feed your pets while you were away or even make you a cup of coffee when you were having a hectic day at work? You can say “THANK YOU” for the big favours or even the smallest deeds done for you by others. Show your gratitude with one of your awesome personalised notecards. Place your special card in your envelope of choice: polka dots or stripes, and seal it with a wax seal and a kiss (if you’re feeling generous!).

For something that is quick and informal, you can use one of your personalised tags with custom name and monogram. Attach it with the black and white bakers twine to a bunch of flowers or even a slab of chocolate. It’s good to give thanks and treat those around you.

If you’re feeling a little sentimental (and you want to hold onto those cards with your name on for a little longer) – not to worry – keep them in a drawer and save them for a rainy day.

We stuck to the theme and placed our subscribers’ monograms on more paperie goods… STICKERS! Little parcels have never looked better! Add it as a finishing touch to a special package from you to him or her. Or, write a not-so-anonymous note for someone special and stick a sticker on to keep it in place.

We believe in spreading kind words and speaking your mind. Use your personalised goodies to put the cherry on top of any parcel, letter or favour.
